I retain and authorize Federal Direct Funding llc to acquire grants my behalf. Federal Direct Funding llc will analyze the scenario, conduct the appropriate due diligence, write the grant and follow up until grant is funded. The 5% success fee when funded must come from your pocket NOT the grant. 100% of the grant has to be accounted for by law. I agree that Direct Funding llc can ACH the agreed 5% once the grant is funded, allowance will be made for me to wire the Funds.
